When you visit Living hope Church

What to Expect

Welcome to Living Hope Church!  We are a church in the Associate Reformed Presbyterian denomination governed by elders.  LHC began with meetings in the home of Pastor Mark Forbes and his wife Betsy in the winter of 2022.  Weekly Sunday morning worship services began in September 2022 and LHC organized in April 2024. The mission of LHC is to gather God’s people for joyful worship, to grow in God’s Word through discipleship opportunities, and to go on God’s mission to make disciples locally and globally.

Arriving

We are currently meeting in the Fellowship Hall at 510 S. Point Church Road. Our service begins at 9:30am on Sunday morning.

To enter, follow the long ramp to the door on the left and greeters will be there to assist you. We also have an elevator beside the ramp and a covered entrance in the back.

Worshiping

Our worship service is from 9:30 until 10:45. The purpose of our worship services is to glorify God and exalt the name of Jesus. We will sing together, pray together, hear the scriptures and the preaching together. Once a month, we will come to the table for the Lord’s Supper.

Children are invited to worship along with their parents. Before the sermon, parents can escort their children 5 years old and under to Worship Care where they will have snacks, Bible story and activities. Parents will pick up in the Worship Care room following the service.

If you’d like to learn more about Living Hope Church, please reach out to Pastor Mark who would love to share more and personally invite you to make LHC your home.
